ParisByPod French lessons

Learn French at your own pace, at your own schedule, at home or at work, with a one-to-one private French teacher. The lessons can be given :

• over the phone : we call you at the time previously decided with your teacher, you don’t have to pay anything for the communication
• over the Internet, with or without a webcam : you can chose to use , or not to use, the webcam. Usually our students prefer to use the webcam, and so do we, because it gives a more human touch, more sense to the interaction between the student and the personal French teacher.
• in Paris, for "real" sessions in face to face : the lesson will take place in our facilities, so that you can benefit from our infrastructure (rench books, magazines, ads, television, DVDs, comics, etc.). Lessons can exceptionnaly take place elsewhere, but a supplement will have to be paid (to be determined with your personal French teacher before the lesson).

• Do you have some doubts about french grammary ?
• Do you need to check if the notes you have taken during one french lesson at your school or university is correct or not ?
• Or do you simply need to work on pronounciation ?

We are deeply convinced the face-to-face lesson is the best type of exercice in order to make progress in a foreign language. Thanks to the webcam you can now easily interact with your personal French teacher, wherever you may be in the world.

When we talk about 1 to 1 lesson we don’t mean a simple chat on the webcam. Try our service and you will understand what we mean : after each 1to 1 session, you can receive a written and audio summary (mp3) of your lesson allowing you to repeat after your personal French teacher the new vocabulary, with the correct pronunciation.

At the end of each lesson and depending on your own availability, you fix the date and time of your next lesson. It’s easy to find time for a 45-minute lesson, even with a very full schedule.

Don’t forget that repetition and patience are key to progress in the acquisition of a new language. Your personal French teacher will guide you through this.
